We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If not, you have 14 days after receipt to return any item that doesn't suit you.

What are the return conditions?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with tags and any accessories.

Returns are accepted only for items purchased on the official website www.blondyberry.com .

For hygiene reasons, any item that has clearly been worn cannot be refunded.

How do I make a return?

Send us an email at help@blondyberry.com , specifying your order number and the items you wish to return.

You can also use the returns management platform available on our website www.blondyberry.com .

We will send you a prepaid return label.

Drop off your parcel at a collection point or post office within 7 days of receiving the label.

How will I be reimbursed?

Once your return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

A flat fee of €5.90 to cover postage costs will be deducted from the refund, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Can I request an exchange?

We do not offer standard exchanges.

If you would like a different size or model, simply:

  • return the item that does not suit you,
  • and to place a new order on our website.
