Is it necessary to create a BLONDY BERRY account to place an order?
You do not need a BLONDY BERRY account to place an order on the website. However, we encourage you to log in so you can access your current orders and order history.
How do I create my BLONDY BERRY account?
It's quick and easy! Click on the "My Account" icon in the top right corner of the website, then follow the instructions. It only takes a few seconds to join the BLONDY BERRY universe.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Don't panic. Go to the login page and click on "Forgot your password?". An email will be sent to you allowing you to securely reset your password.
How do I change my personal information?
Log in to your account, under "My Information". You can change your address, password or preferences there at any time.
Can I delete my account?
Of course. If you wish to delete your account, send us a message via the contact form with the subject line "Account Deletion". We will take care of it promptly.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We take the protection of your data very seriously. It is never shared without your consent and is used only to improve your BLONDY BERRY experience. To learn more, see our Privacy Policy.
Order
How do I place an order on the BLONDY BERRY website?
It couldn't be simpler: choose your favorite items, add them to your cart, and then follow the prompts to checkout. It's done in just a few clicks.
Can I modify my order after it has been validated?
Unfortunately, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. We advise you to place a new order, then wait for your first order to arrive before returning it.
How can I know if my order has been successfully processed?
As soon as your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't find it, please check your spam folder. You can also find your orders in your customer account.
What should I do if I don't receive my order?
Contact us at help@blondyberry.com , specifying your order number. We will investigate and keep you informed as soon as possible.
My favorite item is no longer available, what should I do?
If an item is temporarily unavailable, you can click "Notify me when back in stock" directly on the product page. You will receive an email as soon as the item is available again.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and any other secure method offered during checkout. All payments are 100% secure thanks to our certified payment provider.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Transactions are processed through a secure payment platform that complies with the strictest security standards (SSL protocol, PCI DSS standards). No banking information is stored on our site.
I'm having a payment problem, what should I do?
This can happen: check the information you entered, the validity of your card, or contact your bank. If the problem persists, write to us at help@blondyberry.com : we'll help you quickly.
When will my order be charged?
Your card will be charged when you place your order. If the payment is accepted, your order will be automatically confirmed. You will then receive a confirmation email.
Delivery
What delivery methods are offered and what are the associated costs?
We are pleased to offer you free delivery on your order from €190 of purchase for delivery in mainland France and €240 for delivery in Europe, Switzerland and the French overseas departments and territories.
For all orders under €190, the delivery charges are, to France:
• Delivery to a Colissimo or Mondial Relay collection point: €4.50
• Colissimo home delivery: €7
For all orders under €240, the delivery charges are:
• European countries and French overseas territories - Express home delivery via DHL: €13
• Rest of the World – Express home delivery via DHL: €15
Customs clearance may result in the payment of additional fees and taxes, which will be communicated to you either by customs or upon receipt of the package. Any customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the delivery times?
Subject to stock availability, the parcel is generally shipped within 3 to 9 working days in mainland France via Colissimo, and within 2 to 8 working days depending on the country internationally by express delivery via DHL (excluding weekends, public holidays and specific periods such as collection launches).
Order tracking
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you can track your package in real time, specifically:
• by clicking on the "view my order" link in the confirmation email.
• by logging into your BLONDY BERRY customer account in your My Account / My Orders section.
I haven't received my shipping confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still haven't received the email, please contact us at help@blondyberry.com with your order number: we'll assist you promptly.
My tracking link isn't working. What should I do?
There may sometimes be a slight delay in the link being activated by the carrier. If the problem persists for more than 24 hours, please contact our customer service: we will help you obtain the necessary information.
Can I modify my order after it has been validated?
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. We advise you to place a new order, wait for your first order to arrive, and then return it.
What should I do if my package is damaged or incomplete?
If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the package at help@blondyberry.com . We will quickly find a solution.
Returns and refunds
How to make a return and refund in mainland France?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If not, you have 14 days after receipt to return any item that doesn't suit you.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, with tags and any accessories. Returns are accepted only for items purchased on the official website www.blondyberry.com . For hygiene reasons, any item that has clearly been worn cannot be refunded.
Email us at help@blondyberry.com , specifying your order number and the items you wish to return. You can also use the returns management platform available on our website, www.blondyberry.com . We will send you a prepaid return label. Drop off your package at a collection point or post office within 7 days of receiving the label.

Once your return has been received and verified, the refund will be issued via your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. A flat fee of €5.90 to cover postage costs will be deducted from the refund, except in cases of error on our part or defective items.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, simply:
• return the item that does not suit you,
• and to place a new order on our website.
How to make a return and refund internationally and in the French overseas departments and territories?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If not, you have 14 days after receipt to return any item that doesn't suit you.

How do I care for my bobbles and lavallières?
Dry clean only. Silk is a delicate and precious material: avoid water, friction and harsh chemicals.
How do I care for my knitwear?
Our knitwear is made from 100% high-quality organic cotton. You can machine wash it at 30°C on a delicate cycle.
Advice :
• Wash inside out in a laundry bag.
• Dry flat, do not tumble dry.
How to choose the right size?
Our styles are true to size. For each item, you will find a detailed size guide with key measurements.
Unsure which size to choose? Select according to the desired effect:
• Close to the body: take your usual size.
• For a more relaxed look: opt for the next size up.
And if needed, our customer service is there to advise you.
What if the quality isn't up to my standards?
Our pieces are carefully crafted with materials selected for their quality, durability and comfort.
However, if you notice a defect or the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will find the best solution together.
