Delivery
What delivery methods are offered and what are the associated costs?
We are pleased to offer you free delivery on your order from €190 of purchase for delivery in mainland France and €240 for delivery in Europe, Switzerland and the French overseas departments and territories.
For all orders under €190, the delivery charges are, to France:
- Delivery to a Colissimo or Mondial Relay collection point: €4.50
- Colissimo home delivery: €7
For all orders under €240, the delivery charges are:
- European countries and French overseas territories - Express home delivery via DHL: €13
- Rest of the World – Express home delivery via DHL: €15
Customs clearance may result in the payment of additional fees and taxes, which will be communicated to you either by customs or upon receipt of the package. Any customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
What are the delivery times?
Subject to stock availability, the parcel is generally shipped within 3 to 9 working days in mainland France via Colissimo, and within 2 to 8 working days depending on the country internationally by express delivery via DHL (excluding weekends, public holidays and specific periods such as collection launches).
